It provides a A$37,145 annual living stipend at the 2026 rate, paid fortnightly, plus relocation assistance for eligible recipients. However, applicants must distinguish the stipend scholarship from tuition funding before describing it as fully funded.

Is the Monash Graduate Scholarship Fully Funded?

The MGS alone is primarily a living-cost scholarship, not an automatic complete funding package for every international student.

Are Publications Compulsory to Apply for MS, Phd Admissions at Monash?

Who Has the Strongest Case?

The strongest applicant is likely to have more than the minimum admission qualification. A competitive profile combines excellent recent grades, meaningful research training, a credible project, persuasive academic references and clear alignment with an available Monash supervisor.
